Your Dream Company ?

My dream company will be any company which give me satisfaction of work,opportunity to grow from organisational point of view aswell as personal point of view and from monitory point of view.

The economic slowdown of the last 18 months has perceptibly changed the attributes of an ideal company, with three out of four respondents treating job security and stability at par with growth opportunities and career development. 

I don’t know or necessarily require it to be a large company, but there are certain things I would like the ideal company to have

Provide Training For Each Service, Too

Stimulate Employee Growth and Encourage Entrepreneurs

Fiscal Responsibility And Reducing Layoffs

Assist Employees to Find Prosperity By Helping Them Manage Their Money

Summary

The survey found that factors like work-life balance and flexible working hours (60%), positive work environment (52%) and strong employer company image (50%) were among the top five attributes of an ideal company. 

HardWorking or Smart working?

It's been rightly said that " For Successful Completion of work, u should act smart and work hard"


 There is a thin line of diff b/wn smart work and hard work.If a person is able to finish the work on/in time and at the same time doing it effectively is smart work.But hard work also means the same.The deciding factor could be how much stress the work gives on the individual.If it burdens him so much it may be called as a Hard work and if the person hasn't felt much duress then we may call it a smart work.

One more thing,a person one who works hard today will finish the work smartly tomorrow,if given the same job.So smart work comes out of hard work.I could see no  less diff b/w 2 types of work.............................and so on
